The Saratoga County high school boys basketball season, which has made mere cameo appearances on the Capital Region sports scene to this point, gets going in earnest tonight.
In fact, if you'd like to catch not one but three boys teams at one venue tonight, you can. Just go to Burnt Hills High for the first night of the season-opening Burnt Hills Tournament. Saratoga will face Union-Endicott at 6 p.m. in the opener before Burnt Hills will play host to South Glens Falls at 7:30.
The tournament will wind up Saturday with the consolation game at 6 p.m., the title game at 7:30.
